Maybe too good to be true? : Joseph Joseph Index Plus, Chopping System

So, I saw this at a local, high-end store and thought it was such a practical item and would eliminate all the clutter in my cabinets of cutting boards and knives. I of course bought it at amazon instead of the high-priced store. I haven't returned it yet, but am pretty close to deciding it needs to be done. The knives are already getting very dull after a little over a month and I don't use them all that often. The boards are not very forgiving and are wearing way faster than my other "cheapy" cutting boards that I got rid of. I'm not sure I would reccomend this one. Wish I could though. The design is what really drew me in.
